Your adventure begins with a morning walk down to the docks where Gwangan's local fishing fleet unloads the morning catch.

Guided by our founders, you will explore Gwangan's traditional neighborhood seafood markets, picking wild seasonal vegetables, premium hand-pulled scallions, and authentic Busan fish cakes (Eomuk).

We'll return to our peaceful seaside cooking studio to clean, slice, and prepare traditional Korean street food classics from scratch.

Learn how to fry ultra-crispy seafood scallion pancakes (Haemul Pajeon) and balance the sweet, spicy red pepper broth for authentic street-style rice cakes (Tteokbokki).
