Your evening begins with a glass of sparkling rice wine as guests gather and settle in for a curated multi-course dining experience.

Our Fusion Class introduces how Korea's ancient fermentation traditions (Jang) adapt beautifully to modern global culinary styles. We'll explore creative applications of aged Gochujang, Doenjang, and local wild herbs on dynamic contemporary plates.

Throughout the session, we will sample artisanal Korean wines sourced from boutique local vineyards, learning the rich history behind regional wine production and the complex flavor profiles that harmonize with each dish.

Together, we will prepare and plate three modern fusion courses, followed by an elegant Korean tea-infused dessert to complete the dining experience.
