Your experience begins with a traditional Korean welcome tea, served as guests gather around the table and settle into the rhythm of the morning.
Guided by the founder of a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, you'll learn to prepare a selection of Korea's most beloved and enduring dishes. Together, we'll create Bibimbap, a celebration of balance and harmony; Bulgogi, known for its rich and comforting flavors; a timeless favorite often enjoyed during family gatherings and special occasions.
Throughout the class, you'll discover the techniques behind each dish while exploring the traditions and everyday customs that have shaped Korean food culture for generations.
Once the cooking is complete, the pace begins to slow. Freshly prepared dishes are brought to the table, accompanied by chilled Makgeolli, Korea's traditional rice wine, enjoyed for centuries in homes, markets, and celebrations across the country.
The table is set with modern Korean ceramics, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtful details that reflect the warmth of Korean hospitality. Together, guests share the meal they have created, exchanging stories, laughter, and conversation as the afternoon folds.
To finish, we'll enjoy ssiat hotteok, one of Busan's most iconic desserts. Born from the city's history and loved by generations of locals, it's the perfect sweet ending to our experience together.
What begins as a cooking class gently transforms into a shared table—where food, culture, and connection come together, and where some of the most meaningful memories of Korea are often made.
